Ms. White is responsible for delivering a full range of customized services to manage the procurement, selection, engagement, and tracking of contract labor. Her unique expertise helps Healthcare Organization s manage contract labor to reduce costs and risks while gaining efficiencies system wide. She has proven expertise managing large volume accounts resulting in cost savings, decreased utilization, partnership for conversions, process improvements, credential tracking, technology support, and access to an extensive clinical, non-clinical and IT vendor pool.
Ms. O’Keefe comes to AdaptiveWFS with over 20 + years’ experience in the healthcare staffing, and vendor management industry. She has successfully developed workforce management programs in various industries to include; Telecom, Financial, IT, Biotech and Healthcare. Ms. O’Keefe has worked with some of the most highly recognized healthcare institutions in the country to include; Large Children’s Hospitals, University Healthcare Systems, State hospital Associations, IDN Healthcare Systems as well as State and County hospitals. Ms. O’Keefe is responsible for all operations, account management, vendor management technology partnerships and is highly skilled in implementing customized staffing programs that meet and exceed our customer’s strategic objectives. She has implemented over 70+ workforce solutions that have resulted in improved healthcare provider quality, increase in staffing vendor engagement, advanced credentialing and billing practices and contract labor savings.

Mr. Johnson is a Certified Management Accountant with a Master’s in Business Administration. He has over 25 years of combined experience as a CFO/Controller. Knowledgeable in multi-state payroll laws, and billing practices. Mr. Johnson specializes in overseeing all aspects of the company’s accounting department including payroll, tax compliance and billing. He is responsible for all financial reporting, system compliance and cash risk management.
Ms. Hulsizer oversees all legal activities and policies, corporate governance, contract administration, compliance and regulatory affairs. She has worked extensively in matters involving labor and employment law, supervises all malpractice claims, and keep the company apprised of changes in government and regulations, including HIPAA and EMTALA legislation. Ms. Hulsizer has been a licensed attorney in the State of Arizona since 2005.
